Political correctness is for the birds. Best suited for the parrot associated with mindless mimicking. Humanly speaking it is taken advantage of, by adults using the proverbial "peer pressure" to pursue administrative gain. Socially, one is lead to assume if words are not spoken in conformity with the portrayed majority then.... YOU are WRONG, cast out, and name calling ensues. Sounds oddly familiar to adolescent behavior.
Here lies the mentally deranged aspect of political correctness... as adults we are responsible human beings, have the ability to make choices, and have control over our own minds. Do we not? Handing the power of ones mind over to society is insane because that is eerily similar to being a member of a cult. A cult is typically based upon a religion, and Biblically there is idol worship. Idolatry is when one cannot bear to be without, and/or cannot give it away.
Idolatry and cultish worship are basically one in the same in their devotion and/or
reverence to an object, idea, movement, human being, etc. Here are some noteworthy reverberating characteristics of those who succumb to a seemingly automaton existence. Individuals tend to be lead by feelings and less rational with a need to belong. These individuals are dependent upon others for finding their identity and purpose in life. They are also manipulated by persuasive words or propaganda (truth and details are irrelevant), plus they give up their basic beliefs and attitudes for contrasting ideas.Viola... you have just completed Basic Brainwashing for Dummies~!!!!
