Tell me… how is this FREEDOM of SPEECH when we are expected to behave like parrots? Sounds more like controlling ones mind and use of language… this is one step worse than censoring. We are LOSING our FREEDOM of SPEECH in the subtlest ways.

Freedom of Speech
Freedom of speech: Why is it when a term is used such the as ‘Swine Flu’, the President changes it to the ‘H1N1’ virus? Or how about the phrase… "War on TERROR" they aren’t called terrorist anymore, and the war on terror has been changed to "Overseas Contingency Operation". The media and public are expected to use this terminology, and be "politically correct".

This is how the liberal mind works....change the meaning of words, change the names and maybe the people won't notice how ineffective and deceptive their policies are....if they would only truly try and come up with solutions that work instead of policies that make certain people feel good....Like Eisenhower said "When I can't solve a problem I always make it bigger until I can find a solution. I can never find a solution by trying to make it smaller."
Indeed, and too many are self-censoring.
